Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with spacious and clean rooms but some issues with late housekeeping. The service was incredibly friendly and informative, although there were challenges with noise and enforcing quiet hours. The location was convenient despite some disturbances at night, and the dining experience was decent. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tacoma with spacious rooms and great amenities. Alexis, the staff member, really went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. The neighborhood is convenient but not the best. The rooms are equipped for cooking with a fridge and a microwave.

The rooms are at the middle of the shower which would be great, with a pull-out couch and rollaway bed. However, it can get loud at night with parties going on. I wished it was quieter.

The staff responded with kindness and smiles. However, there were some issues trying to reach managers. The immediate smoke outside the front doors was a bit off-putting.

The location is good for access from I5 Freeway and being close to Tacoma. It was convenient for my purposes, but the neighborhood wasn't the best. It was noisy at night due to cruiser and sirens.

The dining experience was decent with a 4-ounce water bottle, nutty grain bar, and muffins. The choices were a bit scarce, but I appreciated the soft and firm pillows.
